When I was 5, my mom gave me my first diary and was taught to write in it every night before going to sleep. To this day, I haven't stopped handwriting my personal thoughts, stories, and self-reflections in my journal.

This is a place for me to share what I find beautiful in my adventures, what makes me excited and passionate, and all the lessons I learn along the way.

Goodbye, 2014! This year been a year full of travels, adventures, love, laughter, tears, and so so many new experiences. My theme for 2014 was self-discovery and that was the best journey I've had, and will continue. I've learned to start everyday with a thankful heart, be present as much as possible, and to spread love wherever I can. Realizing how much I loved yoga, being mindful, and living simply has helped me gain perspective and understand the importance of balance in every situation. I've asked hard questions, trusted my gut, believed that I could do anything I put my mind to, and ultimately found freedom within. I've met so many new friends and am so grateful for that. How blessed I am to have so much love, beauty, and inspiration around me everyday.

2015 is going to be a year full of even greater life experiences and changes. A lot of exciting things are already lined up for this year! I'll be graduating in the spring, going on a 5 week backpacking trip in Europe, and then moving countries to work full-time at Google! I hope to volunteer abroad as well, and throw myself into uncomfortable situations that will allow me to grow more than ever. I've never moved away from home before so that will be the biggest, scariest, and most exciting change yet. My theme for 2015 will be letting go. Letting go of things that no longer serve me, letting go of attachments that cause me to suffer, and to simply remove any baggage I have that stifles my growth. I also want to focus on creativity, independence, and on radiating positive energy. As a design student that's about to graduate, I think there's no better time than to truly throw myself into the creative world, allowing myself to play, make, and explore now that I've developed more confidence as a designer. I also hope to continue to figure out the kind of person I want to be and how I can spread love and positivity to others.

But for now, I'l be focusing on finishing up my final semester of school! Stay tuned for more updates! :)
